NPK Fertilizer Production Line Factory Direct Sales
Plants require numerous nutrients beyond nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK). Current soil conditions often cannot supply adequate nutrients due to soil erosion, pollution, and other challenges. Increasingly, farmers are seeking comprehensive NPK fertilizers to maximize crop yields, driving demand for high-quality production facilities. Our company provides complete systems and equipment to convert raw materials into marketable, valuable fertilizer products.
NPK Fertilizer Production Process
Batching: All raw materials are fed into electronic belt scales that precisely measure weight and ratios, controlled by automated computer systems.
Granulation: Raw materials are fed into granulators to form fresh granules.
Drying: Newly formed granules with high moisture content are conveyed to rotary dryers for moisture reduction.
Cooling: High-temperature granules from dryers are sent to rotary coolers to increase granule strength and further reduce moisture.
Sieving: Cooled granules pass through sieves to separate coarse granules and fine powder. Final product is achieved while oversized granules and fine powder are recycled through grinders back to the granulation process.
Coating: Sieved granules are sent to coating machines where a protective film is applied to prevent air exposure degradation.
Packing: Coated granules are delivered to automatic packing machines and stored in bulk.
Note: This versatile granulation process supports production of various fertilizers including NPK, organic, humic acid, and controlled-release fertilizers. The production line accommodates hundreds of fertilizer formulas, making it a multi-functional system.
