Structure
Granulator bracket: The entire rotating part that bears large forces is supported by a bracket constructed from medium carbon steel plates and channel beam materials, welded to meet strict quality standards.
Drive part: The gear frame is welded from high-quality channel beams. Both the main motor in the gear frame and reduction gears are ISO National Free-inspection Products. The motor drives the belt sheave, triangular belt, and reduction gears to provide power to the granulator.
Large gears: Fixed on the granulator and mesh with small transmission gears to drive the entire machine in the opposite direction. High-tech wear-resistant materials extend the granulator's service life.
Rolling belt: Fastened on both sides of the granulator for support.
Introduction
The rotary drum churning granulator combines features of both rotary drum granulators and newly designed stirring tooth pellet machines. Both the inner rotary shaft and main body can rotate. When raw materials enter the granulator, the interaction between the stirring teeth and main body converts powdery materials into small particles. As they move through the machine, these particles gradually become rounder and harder.
This is one of our patented products, newly designed and widely used for manure, sludge, grain sludge, sugarhouse filter mud, cereal slug, straw, sawdust, agaricus bisporus plant, and also for compound fertilizer (organic fertilizer with NPK fertilizer).
