NPK Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce compound fertilizer with capacities ranging from 5,000-200,000 tons/year. This equipment can granulate various materials including NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, and SSP into compound fertilizer particles in a single processing line. It is specially designed for manufacturing compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types, such as organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and magnetic fertilizers. The system primarily produces oval particles with diameters ranging from 2mm to 6mm.
Our compound fertilizer making machine consists of a base support, granulating roller, crushing room, and motor transmission parts. Working under dual shafts, materials enter the hopper and are granulated into ball particles through the strong pressure of rollers. The particles then flow into the crushing room where they are separated into single particles by the required sieve. Powder-sized materials are returned to the hopper for re-granulation. The entire process utilizes dry granulation production, specifically designed for powder materials with moisture content less than 20%.
The final particle size is determined by the diameter of the zone on the rollers and can be customized into various shapes including oval, bar, charcoal, tablet, and cylinder shapes.
