Rotary drum granulation equipment is a molding machine that manufactures materials into specific shapes. The barrel features a special rubber sheet lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining, eliminating the traditional scraper unit. The granulator utilizes steam, gaseous ammonia, phosphoric acid, nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonia slurry, or heavy calcium slurry to complete chemical compounding and heating processes for compound fertilizer granulation, or cold granulation processes with minimal water addition. Materials granulate through the cylinder's rotating motion and condense into spherical shapes under controlled humidity and temperature conditions.
The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, transmitting power to the driving shaft via the speed reducer. An open gear on the drive shaft engages with the large toothed ring fixed on the machine body, ensuring synchronized directional operation. Materials enter through the feed end and undergo granulation via the tube's specialized internal structure, exiting through the outlet. Continuous material input combined with the granulator's rotation enables mass production capabilities.
