Demister Pad Description

Demister pads also known as mist eliminator, they are made of knitted wire mesh pads with supports grids by welding processing. The mesh mist eliminator pads is a type of separator equipment that designed to collect liquid droplets from moving gas or vapor streams and lower the pressure drop of the separators, protect downstream equipment, prevent production losses and avoid potential process or environmental contamination.

*Efficient defogging and droplet capture efficiency can usually reach over 98%.
*Low pressure drop, loose structure, large specific surface area, capable of effectively separating liquid droplets while maintaining low resistance to gas flow, typically with a pressure drop of around 100-300 Pa.
