Anti-Cut 3D Security Fence Panel Reinforced Ribbed Mesh Structure
Product Information
The Anti-Cut 3D Security Fence Panel is a welded-mesh perimeter solution that combines pressed 3D ribs with a dense welded mesh core to provide physical delay, low-sag performance and clear sightlines for CCTV. The three-dimensional rib profile increases section stiffness so panels keep flat over longer spans while resisting local deformation and blunt impacts. Standard widths are around 2.5 m and heights are customizable to suit site needs.
Characteristics
Panels are manufactured with controlled weld density and fuse-welded intersections to improve shear resistance. Typical wire gauges start at 4.0 mm; higher gauges and closer weld spacing raise the panel’s resistance to cutting tools and pry attempts. The ribbed geometry (2–4 ribs, V or curved profile) distributes loads along the panel rather than concentrating stress at a single point, reducing long-term sagging and maintenance.
Advantages
This design balances deterrence and surveillance: tight mesh options and tamper-resistant fixings increase physical delay, while the open welded mesh retains good visibility for cameras and guards. Pre-drilled, reinforced sensor mount zones let integrators attach vibration detectors, fiber sensing or camera brackets without weakening the panel. Duplex finish options (HDG + powder) extend service life in corrosive environments and reduce upkeep.

Applications
Well suited for utility substations, transport hubs, industrial compounds, campus perimeters and secure logistics yards. Choose heavier wire and denser mesh for critical infrastructure; choose lighter gauges and fewer ribs for landscape boundaries where visual integration matters.
Installation & Maintenance
Panels bolt to modular posts using clamps or anti-tamper brackets; flange or in-ground post foundations are supported. The 3D ribs simplify lifting and stacking during transport. Routine maintenance: periodic inspection of clamps and coatings, touch-up of exposed metal, and replacement of any damaged panel — modular replacement keeps downtime minimal.
