The Double-Wire Fence-Product Information:

The Twin-Rod V-Mesh double wire fence panel is a welded mesh system combining two horizontal wires with vertical wires to form a stiff V-formed panel. The V geometry increases bending stiffness without excessive material use, so panels maintain straightness over long runs and resist local deformation. Standard widths include 2000, 2500 and 3000 mm; heights are customizable from 1.0 m up to 3.0 m or more for special projects. This product is engineered for projects where predictable mechanical behavior and on-time delivery matter.

Key Features:
Each panel is fusion-welded at every node for consistent shear strength. Typical wire configurations are 6/5/6 mm and 8/6/8 mm; mesh openings of 50×100 / 50×150 / 50×200 mm balance visibility and deterrence. Coating spec (Zn mass and powder film thickness) is provided with each quotation to allow buyers to verify corrosion protection against their site conditions.

Customization & Samples
We support color matching (RAL), custom panel heights and alternative materials (stainless or aluminum) for corrosive environments. Samples are available — request a color swatch or a physical sample; standard sample lead time is 7–10 days, allowing quick pre-shipment verification.
