Panels are welded-mesh framed with hot-dip galvanised tubing and pair with interlocking HDPE ballast blocks that fill with water on site. This approach minimizes transported mass, allows single-person handling of empty ballast, and provides fast, tool-light stabilisation once filled.

Rapid Fill & Reuse Workflow
Ballast blocks ship nested and are placed beside each panel post; once panels are in position, crews fill ballast with water (or sand where water is unavailable) and lock the interlock tabs. Emptying and stacking at the end of a hire cycle returns components to pallet volume, vastly reducing depot footprint and freight cost. For hard-standing sites, steel ballast boxes are available to provide compact mass without the need for water.

Safety, Stability & Anti-Trip Design
