Process of animal feed production machine:

1. Crushing: using feed hammer mill crusher machine to broke the solid grain into particles with wide crushing
2. Mixing: horizontal feed mixer is the suitable for mix all materials particles together with short time and best
3.Pelleting: The ring die feed pellet machine/feed pellet mill must be chosed with conditioning. The steam can go into the feed pelleting machine to make the raw materials gelatinization, a fter being processed through the conditomer. Thus, one is to kill the bacteria for a digestion , the other is to reduce the mechinal wear and improve capactiy.
4.Cooling : Counter flow feed pellet cooler is usually applied because of its automation, low consumption and high cooling effect. This cooling machine uses gradually cooling method to avoid feed pellet crack caused by sudden cooling and to dissipate the moisture and heat out of the feed pellet.
5. Packing: Full automatic bagging and seaming with high accuracy and tiny bagging error can improve working efficency and shorten bagging time.
