OhmAlloy-4J42 (Expansion Alloy)
Common Names: 42H Glass Sealing 42, Nilo42, N42, FeNi42
4J42 alloy is primarily composed of iron and nickel elements, characterized by a fixed coefficient of expansion. The thermal expansion coefficient and Curie point increase with higher nickel content. This alloy is widely used as structural sealing material in the electric vacuum industry.

What's the minimum quantity customer can order?
If we have your size in stock, we can provide any quantity you want. If we do not have stock, for spool wire we can produce 1 spool (about 2-3kg), and for coil wire, 25kg minimum.
How can you pay for small sample amount?
We accept wire transfer for sample amounts.
Customer doesn't have express account. How will we arrange delivery for sample order?
Just provide your address information, we will check the express cost, and you can arrange the express cost together with sample value.
What are your payment terms?
We accept LC and T/T payment terms, depending on delivery and total amount. We can discuss details after receiving your requirements.
Do you provide free samples?
If you need several meters and we have stock of your size, we can provide samples with customer bearing the international express cost.
How do you guarantee the quality?
