Product Characteristics
Shiny surface condition with excellent workability for superior welding performance.
Applications
Commonly used for braiding hoses in bathing products and machinery. With excellent flexibility, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, it is widely utilized across multiple industries.

Type 304 (18-8): 18% chromium, 8% nickel composition. T-304 is the fundamental stainless alloy most commonly used for wire cloth weaving. It withstands outdoor exposure without rusting and resists oxidation at elevated temperatures up to 1400°F.

Type 304L: Very similar to T-304 with reduced carbon content for improved weaving and secondary welding characteristics.

Type 316: Stabilized with 2% molybdenum addition, T-316 is an "18-8" alloy with superior resistance to pitting corrosion in brines, sulfur-bearing water, or halogen salts such as chlorides.

Type 316L: Similar to T-316 with reduced carbon content for enhanced wire cloth weaving and secondary welding performance.
