Important Technical Information:

Our powder is 200-mesh powder, classified as medium fine powder with a melting point of 120°C. The larger the mesh number, the smaller the particles. Unlike some market alternatives that may contain plastic particles, our pure TPU powder ensures consistent melting performance and high-quality results.

Temperature Guidelines

Powder begins melting at approximately 110°C. Actual temperature settings may vary between 110-140°C depending on:

  • Powder shaker calibration differences
  • Printer speed variations
  • Equipment temperature display accuracy
Particle Size Comparison

Coarse Powder (80 mesh):

  • Advantages: Better powder shaking performance, less residue on PET film, cost-effective
  • Disadvantages: Rougher surface texture after melting, bumpy appearance

Medium Fine Powder (Our Product - 200 mesh):

  • Advantages: Smooth surface finish after transfer, excellent with PG2003 high-concentration ink
  • Performance: Slightly rougher with PG2002 white ink compared to PG2003

Fine Powder (Subdivision):

  • Advantages: Excellent adhesion to white ink, ideal for small characters and fine lines
  • Superiority: Significantly better performance for detailed work compared to coarse powder
