A6: Our machine has a one-year guarantee service (does not include nozzle, other ink system and human damage). Non-seller's reason does not support return. Because we are a consumable industry, relatively special, we do not support unconditional refund.

Q7: Does your company's sublimation ink have plugging phenomenon?

A7: Our sublimation ink/DTF ink is suitable for EPSON print head and Ricoh print head printers. The particles are less than 0.2UM, so there is no plugging phenomenon. Our printer ink have sold a lot, got many customer good comments. You can buy with confidence.
