Working Theory

The powder granule in fluid bed appears in the state of fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with clean and heated air. At the same time the solution of adhesive is sprayed into the container. It makes the particles become granulating that contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air, the moisture in the granulating is evaporated. The process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.

This is our New Design Sealed Granulating Dosage Production Line,which include GHL Wet Mixer Granulator, Fluid Bed Dryer Equipment, Wet and Dry cone Mill, Lift and Transfer device.

1.While the newly-designed solid dosage production line adopts the way of airtight transportation, ensuring the granulating and drying to complete in the same purification room, which may avoid the secondary pollution and make the granulating and drying process more scientific and reasonable, besides, this reduces space the equipment covers and make the process meet better with the GMP requirements.
