Ringentle Jewelry Order Process Chart

The order process of regular or hot sale jewelry will be done as follows. This is also the order process of ODM service.

1. Selecting the styles from our catalog or attached pictures in the email.
2. Please confirm the order quantity,shipping time and unit price after receiving our quotation sheet.
3. Please confirm the proforma invoice and arrange the payment by bank or wire transfer, paypal or others as we discussed in the writen email.
4. After deposit or full payment done, we will arrange mass production. The production will be finished around in 4-6 weeks.
5. Please arrange the balance payment when production finished. After balance payment or full payment done, we will arrange the shipping by international express or our shipping agent like UPS, Fedex or DHL or others as we discussed with you in the email. If you have your own express freight collect account, please keep us posted before making the shipping.
6. After receiving goods, please give us the quality feedback.We will 100% responsible for any of problems about the goods we produce.We will try our best to solve all the problems as best as we can.
