For equipment structures spanning 6 to 12 tiers, we will design robust walkway platform and securely attached stairway. All components undergo thorough hot-dip galvanization, providing a uniform, corrosion-resistant coating that withstands harsh environmental conditions. This ensures the safety of personnel during high-elevation tasks, while its heavy-duty construction guarantees exceptional long-term durability and uncompromising structural integrity over extended service life.

(1) The cage frame serves as the primary load-bearing structure of the cage body, comprising main beams, beam hooks, locking buckles, and supports. For eight tiers or fewer, the middle supports are usually processed into the entire piece, ensuring uniformity and strength. In equipment exceeding eight tiers, the middle supports are usually produced in two segments. The size of middle support is 40mm*30mm*40mm, thickness: 1.8/2.0/2.5. Material is 440 Mg-Al-Zn alloy, offering enhanced corrosion resistance and structural durability. The head and tail supports are manufactured from 40mm*30mm rectangular tubing with a thickness of 2.0mm, providing stable anchoring and alignment for the overall frame assembly.

(2) The cages are constructed from Q235 Al-Zn alloy steel wire, which undergoes precision straightening and automated welding to form a rigid, durable framework. It consists of five primary components: the top net, bottom net, front net, rear net, and cage door. The top net can be optionally configured with a denser mesh pattern to prevent bird escape and reduce injury risks. The bottom net is inclined at a 7.5° slope to facilitate soft egg rolling and improve hygiene management. Standard cage specifications typically include a height of 45 cm and a depth of approximately 65 cm, with each cell designed to comfortably house up to 9 layers, ensuring adequate space for welfare-compliant poultry farming.

(3)Our system is designed to effectively segregate chickens from the manure belt, substantially decreasing the presence of contaminants in the coop and reducing the potential for disease spread from waste. Consequently, overall flock mortality rates are significantly reduced.
