Features

Middle support: Farmrob adopts professional laser cutting machine and bending techniques to

process raw material into middle support, precisely controlling product quality. It has strong bearing

capacity and hard deformation performance. The surface is smooth and not rough and size is

40mm*30mm*40mm. Material is 440 Mg-Al-Zn alloy, zinc layer thickness: 275g/m², (Al l0%, Mg 3%).

Partition net buckle: Each partition net is provided with a metal buckle which attaches directly to the

trough. This design ensures even force distribution, high strength, and minimal deformation.

Silo: The galvanized silo is designed to hold a three-day supply of feed for the chickens. The system

is equipped with 110# auger filling pipes or 102# chain disk filling pipes, and includes an integrated

weighing device.

Water supply device: Drinking system features a dual-line water supply with an organized layout for

individual control and easy operation. Each row is served by a water pipe, simplifying inspection and

maintenance of pipes and nipple drinkers. The system ensures a reliable and sufficient water supply

to meet daily demands.

Manure scraper: The polyurethane double manure scraper is designed to reduce manure belt wear

and, with the integrated second-stage scraper, ensures more thorough manure removal, improving

hygiene and reducing contamination for both chickens and eggs.
