The cage mesh is made of Q235 Al-Zn alloy with 275g/m² coating (10% Al). The spring door facilitates easy access for vaccinations and chicken handling. Additionally, both the troughs and middle supports are fabricated from Al-Zn-Mg alloy plate.

Ventilation and cooling system, including fans, cooling pads and side windows maintains comfortable poultry house inner environment, provide fresh air, proper humidity for chickens. It ensures a minimal temperature difference throughout the house. The heating system maintains an ideal body temperature for chicks, resulting in lower rates of sickness and mortality.

The 700 mm tier height promotes smooth ventilation and even light distribution, contributing to a comfortable and low-stress environment. The manure belt is 150 mm above the top net, effectively separating manure from the birds and thereby preventing disease transmission.

Optimized drinking & feeding system: The height-adjustable dual water line with leak-proof nipples guarantees ample, clean water. The precision feeding system can be adjusted according to the age and reduces feed waste.
