Classification of Steel Pallets
Steel pallets are categorized into four types based on their intended use:

1. **Racking Pallets**
Racking pallets are made from high-quality materials, offering greater durability and impact resistance compared to plastic alternatives, ensuring cargo remains undamaged during transportation. These pallets consist of a load-bearing surface and fork pockets, designed for easy loading, unloading, storage, and distribution.

2. **Steel Pallets**
Also known as metal or iron pallets, they are ideal for forklift operations and facilitate convenient cargo handling. Primarily used for versatile ground storage, racking storage, and intermodal transport and turnover in lightweight metal pallet series.

3. **Feed Pallets**
Feed pallets are loading and unloading platforms designed to simplify feed handling, commonly used in feed mills. Typically, feed has significant weight, requiring pallets with strong load-bearing capacity, excellent bending resistance, and robust durability.

4. **Galvanized Steel Pallets**
The primary difference between galvanized steel pallets and standard steel pallets lies in the raw material. Galvanized steel pallets are fabricated using galvanized steel plates instead of ordinary steel plates, eliminating the need for additional surface treatment while inherently possessing rust-resistant properties.
