Epoxy resin fiber cloth is a composite material reinforced with alkali free glass fibers and based on epoxy resin. Its core principle is that fibers provide tensile strength, while resin is responsible for bonding and anti-corrosion, forming a stable structural layer with high strength, corrosion resistance, and low shrinkage. Unlike ordinary glass fiber cloth, it adopts a composite process of untwisted roving and short cut felt, with more uniform fiber arrangement, better wettability, deep bonding with epoxy adhesive solution, strong interface bonding force after curing, and less prone to delamination. This material has been maturely applied in industrial floor renovation, concrete crack reinforcement, chemical workshop anti-corrosion surface layer and other fields, and is a key link in the "invisible skeleton" of building repair

Features

High strength and high modulus: Glass fiber provides excellent tensile, bending, and impact strength, is lightweight but has strong load-bearing capacity, and has a much higher specific strength than ordinary metals.

Excellent dimensional stability: small coefficient of thermal expansion, not easily deformed under heat, low shrinkage rate (usually less than 2%), able to maintain structural accuracy.

Good electrical insulation: Both resin and fiberglass are excellent insulators with stable dielectric properties, widely used in PCB substrates and electrical insulation components.

Chemical corrosion resistance and weather resistance: It has strong resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and humid environments, does not absorb moisture, does not rust, and some formulations have UV aging resistance.

Flame retardant and heat-resistant: Most systems (such as epoxy and phenolic) have self extinguishing properties (UL94 V-0 level), and the heat-resistant level can reach F level (155 ℃) or even higher, depending on the resin type. ‌‌
