4.The pipe produced by this line can be widely used in water supply and drainage and fuel gas system.The maximum pipe diameter this line can produce is 630mm. This production line can be equipped with single screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder. The haul off machine has three-way, four-way, six-way type. The cutting machine has blade saw cutting and planetary cutting method.

Description of PE Pipe Production Line:

1.The production line consists of control system, screw extruder, die, setting& cooling system, haul-off machine, cutter and reversing device. Normally the production line has two extruders, one is high efficient PE specialized screw extruder, the other smaller one is used to extrude marker line.

2.Mould and auxiliary machines: the die we use is basket type or spiral shunt type complex extrusion die. The advantages of such kind of die are easy adjust and even discharging. The diameter control unit is processed through unique grooving and water ring cooling to guarantee the pipe molding precision.
