2. This extrusion line is mainly for producing PP strap. The raw material can be 100% recycled material, which can reduce the Pprduce cost and get a good profit.

Description:

1. Main machines:
Screw extruder--Die head and mould(two strips)---Cooling water tank---First haul-off---Thermal oven---Second haul-off---Embosser---calibrating---haul off-winder

2. Production process:
Material loading---extruding--water cooling--hauling off---heating---hauling off---embossing---calibrating---hauling off---winding

3. Single screw or twin screw technique for option depending on the requrement. 100% recycled flakes can be used for production. Even plasticzation and stable extrusion with PC automatic control for the full line, the dosing pump ensures continuous and stable production.

4. The fiflter of double columns with four working positions can get rid of impurity effectively. Single strap or double strap for option.
