Specification:

1.PVC plastic pipe machine is mainly used in the manufacture of PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable layietc

2.This set is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum cablibrating tank, haull-off, cutter, stacker or belling machine etc.

3.The extruder and haul-off machine adopt the imported AC frequency control device,The vacuum pump and hauling motor employ superior goods.

3. 315-630mm PVC pipe extrusion line include 92/188 conical twin-screw extruder, mould, vacuum forming tank, haul off and cutting machine, stacker. Material is PVC, best production range is Φ 315-Φ 630mm. It adopts ABB inverter, RKC/Omron temperature controller. It has the advantage of high capacity, simple operation, high degree automation, automatic fault alarm and simple maintenance, long working time.
