1. This production line is composed of extruder, water cooling tank, hauling machine, double rollers and coordinated with different specification of the soft PVC or soft and hard PVC mixture of sealing strips for aluminum door and windows to instead of the rubber strips.

2. It has features of new and elegant appearance, stable and reliable performance, craft operation is simple, high output and flexibility.

Description:

1. This profile machine can produce PE PP or PVC and wood profile products. These products are mainly applied for making pallets , packing cases , floors , wall decoration materials and other wide applications. The wood powder or plant fiber can be put up to max, 50-75%. This machine can produce the PP ,PE , PVC , ABS , PS and etc.

2. Process flow:

Mixer→Spiral loader→SJSZ51;SJSZ65;SJSZ80 double-screw extruder→mould→vacuum calibration spraying platform→haul-off machine→blade cutter→stacker

3. You could produce pvc+wpc indoor flooring,decorative trim strip with the model of machine.It also could produce pvc doors and windows profile changing into corresponding model of auxiliary equipment,for example,you should use DXT4500 or DXT6000 vacuum calibration platform.

4. With special designed screw ,barrel.moule and producing process ,equipped with downstream equipment ,this line can produce PE PP PVE and wood powder profile.This is a new kind of environmental freindly building material.
