The Meper80D (MP80D) extrusion blow molding machine represents a highly efficient industrial solution tailored for manufacturing plastic containers with volumes of up to 10 liters. Its versatility is evident in its compatibility with a broad spectrum of materials, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polyamide (PA). Featuring an 80mm high-performance screw, the machine delivers a plasticizing capacity of up to 90 kilograms per hour when processing high-density polyethylene (HDPE). This capacity ensures a stable melt quality throughout the operation, contributing to consistent and reliable output. Additionally, the MP80D system is designed with flexibility in mind, supporting configurations ranging from one to four heads.
