HDPE Gas Pipe / Water Pipe Plastic Pipe Machine Multiple Specifications Customizable

HDPE gas/water supply pipe extrusion production line saves 30% energy: optimizing screw structure+reverse slotting design of feeding section to ensure high production capacity while low-temperature melting of materials and uniform plasticization. The heating system of the extruder heats up quickly, and the main motor adopts a servo motor, which has the same extrusion volume and good energy-saving effect.

  • Capable of producing two-layer, three-layer, multilayer composite pipes, or reinforced composite pipes through modular mold replacement and on-demand addition of single-screw extruders.
  • Mold Specification: Fabricated from 40Cr mold steel via quenched and tempered forging, with hard chromium plating for enhanced wear resistance, exceptional deformation resistance, and high dimensional precision.
  • The vacuum shaping box and spray box have stable vacuum degree, which can provide uniform cooling capacity around the pipe and meet sufficient cooling length of the pipe.
  • Special screw design, fast heating and warming up, main motor using servo motor, same extrusion volume, good energy-saving effect.
  • The HDPE gas/water supply pipe extrusion production line adopts the German brand gravity metering device, which has high accuracy in meter weight control and improves the quality of pipe materials.
  • A reasonable traction structure ensures that the pipe is always consistent with the traction center, making it convenient for users to adjust.
  • The end face of the pipe cut by the fully automatic chip free cutting machine is smooth, flat, noiseless, dust-free, low-energy consumption, avoiding waste and saving materials for users.
  • The PLC control system allows operating parameters to be freely defined and displayed on the screen.
