Our aluminum-plastic honeycomb panel equipment is an automated production solution that integrates advanced molding and composite technology. It adopts innovative hot pressing technology to ensure synchronous expansion and contraction of the inner and outer aluminum sheets, fundamentally eliminating structural deformation and producing high-quality honeycomb panels with extremely high flatness.

By using two-component polyurethane high-temperature curing adhesive and pressure high-temperature composite process, the brittleness problem of the bonding layer of traditional honeycomb panels is completely solved.
Apply roller pressing technology to form the front and back skin, and use fully automatic equipment to remove the edges, ensuring that the installation edges are tightly interlocked and the structure is firm.
The honeycomb surface density produced is only 5-5.5kg/m2, but it can withstand extremely high pressure and shear forces, and has outstanding deformation resistance.
The supporting adhesive coating machine realizes fully automated coating of honeycomb aluminum foil, significantly reducing labor costs, improving production efficiency and profit margins.
The dedicated honeycomb core cutting saw has a smooth and burr free cut, and the speed and cutting thickness of the blade are precisely controlled by the touch screen.
The aluminum honeycomb core stretching machine has a compact structure, easy operation, and effectively reduces the scrap rate of the stretching process.
