Product Description

This PC PP Hollow Profile Board Extrusion Production Line belongs to PVC Sheet Extrusion Line series. It is professional extrusion equipment for manufacturing PC, PP hollow profile board, also known as hollow grid sheet, sunshine sheet and coroplast sheet. The whole line consists of single-screw extruder, hollow profile mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking rack. It uses PC or PP resin as raw material. Finished hollow board features light weight, high impact resistance, weather resistance, waterproof and recyclable. Sheet width and thickness can be adjusted to meet different requirements. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production. PC/PP hollow boards are widely used in building roofing, packaging, advertising boards and greenhouse construction.
