Φ630-Φ1250 Cantilever Type Single Twisting(Differential Gearbox):Application

·Applicable to stranding of control cable,communication cable,data cable,coaxial cable and other PE or PVCcoated core wire and center taping or side taping is one-time completion.Mainly used for wire core stranding withhigh precision requirements.

The reciprocating movement of the take-up drives theleft and right precision positions of the take-up reel,andthe stranded cables are arranged neatly.
The excellent design of computer setting strand pitch,nopulling wheel and movable wheel arrangement ensuresthe tension balance after cabling and shortens the cablepath.
Increase the diameter of the turning guide wheel tominimize cable bending and ensure the quality of thetwisted cable.
Compared with the traditional single stranding machine,it avoids the unsafe factor of the broken screw at highspeed.
The loading and unloading of the bobbin is convenientso the labor intensity is reduced.
