Description
Automatic Twin Screw Extruder
PVC pipe production line, plastic pipe production line is mainly used for the production of agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, cable laying and other aspects of a variety of pipe diameter, wall thickness of plastic PVC pipe, the unit is composed of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum setting table, tractor, stacking rack and so on.
Screw extruder and tractor adopt imported AC frequency conversion speed regulating device, vacuum pump and traction motor are adopted this device.
Traction has two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws and other traction methods. The saw blade or planetary cutting form can be selected, and the length measuring and thickening device can be used. The unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency.
