Description

Large-lead high-throughput conveying screw elements are specially designed for the feeding section and exhaust transition section of twin screw extruders. Adopting large-pitch and large-lead optimized structural design, these screw segments have super material conveying capacity and extremely high production throughput, which can greatly improve the unit output of the extruder. At the same time, the low-shear conveying structure avoids excessive shear heating of materials in the feeding stage, effectively preventing thermal decomposition, discoloration and performance degradation of heat-sensitive materials. The products are made of high-quality wear-resistant alloy steel with deep nitriding treatment, with high hardness, wear resistance and stable long-term operation. The self-cleaning performance is excellent, no material accumulation and residual dead angle, which is very suitable for high-output plastic granulation, biodegradable material production, waste plastic recycling and heat-sensitive material modification production lines.
