Safety Cautions
  • Maintain hole spacing between 30-60 cm when using rock expansive cracking agent
  • Thoroughly clean holes with an air blow gun before filling to remove dust and debris
  • Workers must wear protective goggles and rubber gloves during pouring operations
  • Control drilling depth within 90% of total material depth (optimal: 70%); never drill through - maintain 10-15 cm at bottom
  • Ensure a free surface (open face) is available in the breaking direction
  • Clean holes again with air blow gun before filling with expansive slurry
  • Avoid positioning heads directly above holes during filling due to potential gas/slurry ejection
  • In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention
  • Fill slurry evenly to about 15 cm below hole mouth, stir to eliminate air pockets, then seal and cover with straw mats
  • Personnel should not remain on-site for at least three hours after filling; maintain safe distance if presence is necessary
  • Thoroughly wash all exposed skin after completing operations
