Product Overview

The base platform is the FP-N-48160 pack: 48V 160Ah, 1P16S, 7.68kWh, 160A maximum continuous discharge, with CAN 500K, dual RS485 and RS232 communication. OEM customers use it as the starting point for a differentiated product.

Typical customisation covers voltage architecture (24V, 48V or 96V, plus series-stacked high-voltage banks), capacity per pack (100Ah to 320Ah), BMS register maps and telemetry, enclosure colour and branding, terminal and connector layout, and optional IP65 sealing for outdoor installation.

The engineering workflow starts with a specification review, then a sample build that is tested against the customer inverter or EMS, followed by pilot and mass production. Documentation includes the specification sheet, UN38.3 and MSDS files, and IEC 62619 test reports where applicable.
