Operation Method

1. Fix the equipment on the worn hole to be repaired, and adjust the concentricity to keep the machine coaxial with the hole center.
2. Start the machine and adjust the feed speed. The tool cuts and bores the inner wall of the hole evenly to smooth the worn and out-of-round surface.
3. Bore the hole to the standard size as required, then match with oversize pin shafts to restore normal fit clearance.
4. Models with welding function can fill the worn position by welding first, then perform precise boring and reshaping.
