Excavator Hydraulic Rotating Grapple For 5-20 Tons Komatsu Excavator PC160 PC200

Production Description

HT Excavator Rotating Grapple, also called "Excavator Log Grab, Timber Grab", adopts Q690 High Strength Steel and advance rotating motor.
We provide customized rotating type and fixed type wood / Stone Grapple for 0.8ton-40ton excavator.
The adapter will be customized according to the size of your excavator. Sealed type rotary drive solve the oil leakage problem, only required light greasing(80g of grease) once 6 months(unlike most of the product on the market needed greasing everyday) and better protect the product.
Huitong Grapple Motor:
1) Motor drive adopts the design of symmetrical double support,strong shcok resistance, avoiding axle breakage and oil leakage.
2) Pedestal adopts sealed type design, better protect the rotary drive.
Features
1, Material: Q355B Mn plate.
2, Original EATON brand motor, Taiwan Winner valve core, quick-plug integrated wiring harness.
3, Unlimited clockwise and anti-clockwise 360° rotary swing bearing system
4, Pin and bush heat-treated, increase strength and wear-resistance.
5, Brake valve make it safer from inertia or accident.
6, Welders with ten years of experience, the welding process removes the hard force, and there will be no welding cracks.
