Product Description

Working principle:

D8T bulldozer is equipped with C15 diesel engine. The starting circuit of the diesel engine mainly

consists of a battery, a terminal block, a charger circuit breaker, an ignition switch fuse, a starting relay,

a center start switch, an ignition switch, a starting electromagnetic switch, a starting motor, etc., as shown

in the attached figure.

The power supply of the battery enters the ignition switch through the wiring board and ignition switch fuse.

When starting, place the ignition switch in the Start position, and the current of the ignition switch passes

through the neutral start switch to reach the electromagnetic coil of the start relay, closing the contacts of

the start relay. At this time, the current of the terminal block passes through the charging machine circuit

breaker and the closed starting relay contacts, reaches the electromagnetic coil of the starting electromagnetic

switch, closes its MTR and BAT contacts, and the starting motor starts running.
