1. Product Overview


Model: EX100 Track Roller
Type: Undercarriage Support Roller for Crawler Machinery
Compatible Equipment: 20-30t class crawler excavators, bulldozers (e.g., Komatsu PC200, Caterpillar D6).
Primary Functions:

  • Distributes machine weight to reduce ground pressure.
  • Guides track chain movement, minimizing friction and wear.
  • Enhances travel stability and prevents track derailment.

2. Materials & Manufacturing


Wheel Body: Forged 42CrMo alloy steel, tempered (HRC50-55), with induction-hardened rim (3-5mm depth, HRC58-62).

Bushing/Bearing:

Option 1: High-strength bronze bushing (CuZn25Al6) with self-lubricating grooves.

Option 2: Tapered roller bearings (NTN/SKF, ≥80% grease-filled).

Seals: Dual-lipped floating oil seals (NBR rubber + alloy steel ring), IP68-rated against dust/water ingress.

Lubrication: Standard 1/8" NPT grease fitting (NLGI Grade 2 lithium grease recommended).



3. Design Features

  • Rim: Reinforced thickness (≥25mm per side), optional tungsten carbide overlay (HRC60+).
  • Lubrication Channel: Internal direct oil passage for even grease distribution.
  • Corrosion Protection: Phosphating + anti-rust oil coating (electro-galvanizing available on request).
