Description
OEM grade modified HNBR SB131 hydraulic breaker rubber cup seal for Soosan SB131 hammer, oil-proof high temp resistant accumulator cup diaphragm, factory wholesale with.
Working Principle
  1. Return stroke: High-pressure hydraulic oil enters accumulator oil cavity, inwardly squeeze rubber cup, inner nitrogen is compressed, hydraulic energy converts into nitrogen compression potential energy and stored inside nitrogen chamber.
  2. Piston moves to top dead center for oil circuit reversal, high-pressure hydraulic oil switches into piston upper chamber.
  3. Power striking stroke: Compressed nitrogen expands instantly to push rubber cup reverse extrusion, stored hydraulic oil flows back into hydraulic loop to supplement instantaneous high flow, drive piston downward fast to hammer chisel.
  4. After single blow finished, hydraulic oil squeezes rubber cup again to compress nitrogen, circulate energy storage & release repeatedly.
  5. Bowl-type rubber cup always isolates nitrogen gas and hydraulic oil completely to avoid gas-liquid mixing and system pressure drop.
