This high-pressure hydraulic hose is specially customized for 100 type hydraulic breakers including SB50, RM100 and EDDIE100, compatible with excavators from 9 to 13 tons, standard pipe size 3/4 inch (DN19), designed for oil inlet & return pipeline of rock breaker.

The hose is constructed with 4 layers of high-tensile steel wire spiral reinforcement: inner synthetic rubber tube resists hydraulic oil erosion, multi-layer steel wire provides strong pressure bearing capacity, outer thickened abrasion-resistant rubber with optional stainless steel spring guard protects the hose from rock scratch and sand abrasion on construction sites.

Rated working pressure matches breaker system 140–170bar, burst pressure up to 35–42MPa, excellent anti-pulse performance to cope with frequent alternating hydraulic impact during continuous hammer operation, effectively prevent oil leakage and hose burst under high pressure.

Fittings are heavy-duty one-piece cast steel with precision thread, available in straight and elbow ends, compatible with GB, Eddie, Soosan and Korean-brand 100 breakers. Widely used in quarrying, roadbed excavation, building demolition and tunnel construction; working temperature range: -40℃~120℃, anti-aging & ozone resistance.
