  5. Solenoid Assembly: Precision-wound pull-in and hold-in coils with epoxy-impregnated insulation for moisture resistance.
  6. Motor Assembly: Clean-room assembly with controlled air gap tolerances between armature and field coils.
  7. Dynamic Balancing: Armature dynamically balanced to ≤2.5 g·mm to minimize vibration during high-speed operation.
  8. 100% Factory Testing: Every unit tested for no-load speed, stall torque, solenoid pull-in voltage, current draw, and insulation resistance before shipping.
