Why QAL-1/155 Grade 1 Aluminum?

Grade 1 provides minimum insulation film thickness, allowing smaller outer diameters and higher winding density. Aluminum conductor offers significant weight savings (approx. 1/3 of copper) and cost benefits. Combined with polyurethane insulation, QAL-1/155 delivers direct solderability, thermal endurance up to 155°C, and excellent windability — perfect for large transformers, ballasts, and lightweight coil designs.
