This integrated DC fast charger is designed to support both single-gun rapid charging and multi-gun simultaneous operation, enabling up to four charging guns to deliver power evenly across connected vehicles. By automatically identifying the vehicle Battery Management System (BMS), thecharger ensures accurate power delivery, safe communication, and optimized charging efficiency.

Great emphasis is placed on manufacturing quality and structural integrity. All cabinet metal components are precisely processed with smooth surfaces and uniform finishes. The design strictly eliminates sharp edges, burrs, rust, deformation, cracks, and other defects that may affect appearance or operational reliability. The surface coating is evenly applied, with no wrinkles, peeling, or uneven color, ensuring strong corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

Mckee Intelligent Technology strictly implements relevant national technical standards governing DC charging equipment and communication systems, including GB/T 20234.3-2015, GB/T 18487.1-2015, GB/T 18487.3-2001, and GB/T 27930-2015. Compliance with these standards ensures safe electrical performance, stable BMS communication, and dependable operation across diverse EV charging applications.

Product Features

• The charger cabinet must be equipped with charging plugs and cable storage devices to facilitate the access and placement of charging plugs and cables.
• Charging machine cabinet put oneself in another's position of the lateral should include touching the screen, charging indicator light, failure indicator, emergency stop buttons, charger, nameplate, etc.
• Any charger shell parts: mechanical strength under certain gravity, should not occur obvious plastic deformation, and meet the GB/T 18487.3 11.2 mechanical test environment is required.
• Charger also guarantee firmly fixed hole should be reserved and the corresponding device for convenient installation.
• The charging machine should be installed to the 12 v and 24 v auxiliary power.

For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.

Q: How long does it take to customize the prototype?
For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days.
For DC charging post, the prototype time is usually 15 days.
For high power fast charging station, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.

Our products are divided into two categories: household and commercial.
For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial
