Product Description:


This is a double-knit static dissipative cleanroom wiper blended with 99% high-purity polyester filament and 1% conductive carbon fiber. It is ultrasonically or laser edge sealed, thoroughly purified in cleanroom washing lines, and hermetically packaged to meet strict dust-free and anti-static industrial standards.

Features:

1.Permanent ESD Static Dissipation
Embedded continuous carbon conductive fiber delivers stable, long-lasting static dissipation performance, effectively eliminating static charge accumulation. It prevents electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to fragile semiconductors and electronic parts, complying with global ESD control specifications. Unlike temporary antistatic coatings, its conductive property will not wash off or fade with repeated solvent wiping.
2.Ultra Low Lint & Minimal Particle Shedding
Constructed with continuous long filament polyester double-knit weave, paired with precision sealed edges. No loose staple fibers, extremely low particle generation, low fiber fallout and negligible surface contamination during wiping operations.
3.Low Extractables & High Cleanliness Grade
Multiple cycles of purified water rinsing in Class 100/1000 cleanrooms; free of silicone oil, amides, fluorescent agents and excess additives. Features low ionic contamination and low non-volatile residue (NVR), so it will not corrode circuit boards, wafers or precision coated surfaces.
4.Robust Double-Knit Structure
Double-knit weaving delivers superior tensile strength, tear resistance and structural stability. It resists stretching, fraying and breaking under heavy scrubbing with alcohol, IPA, flux and other industrial solvents, offering much longer service life than single-knit wipers.
5.Balanced Absorption & Soft Non-Abrasive Texture
The dense double-knit weave provides reliable absorption for liquids, oils, flux residues and fingerprints. The smooth, soft fabric surface will not scratch PCBs, glass panels, optical lenses, chip wafers or delicate coated components.
6.Standardized Cleanroom Packaging
Final products are counted and sealed inside dust-free packaging bags (150pcs/bag) to avoid secondary pollution during storage, transport and opening in cleanroom environments.
