100 Automatic tube mill is designed to produce square pipe 30 x 30 - 100 x 100 mm and according size square pipe , thickness 1 - 3 mm. Adopting roll pass design, the production line can manufacture welded steel pipes with good quality machining and high precision assembling.

This type machine adopts one set of combined mould, producing the different specifications of the tube, only need to adjust,no need to change,the roller savings rate at above 90%,thus reducing the cost of the roller and improve the efficiency,use the motor automatic adjustment,thus decreasing the number of workers,reduce the labor costs,decreased the workers labor intensity, improved the workers working environment

In a very short period of time to finish the adjustment of the roller, extreme reduce the roller change time when replace the products, thus improve the efficiency and reduce the productive cost.The equipment operation is simple,just need to know the size and the wall thickness of the tubes in the production,then input it to the interface,it will make adjustment automatically, thus lower levels of debugging personnel's technical requirements
