High frequency straight seam tube mill is intended for manufacturing of high frequency straight seam welding tube , square tube and special shapes tube. The production line adopts advanced pass technology, PLC automatic control system, with stable operation, convenient operation and repair, and reached the advanced level in the same industry in the structure and accuracy. Including equipments from decoiler to run out table, the speed adjusts according to the tube specification changing.

1.1 Applicable material:

(1) Hot or cold-rolled steel strip (As per GB700-88 or GB1591-88)

(2) Material:Low-carbon steel, low alloy steels≤345Mpa,b≤610Mpa

(3) The thickness of steel strip: 1.0-3.0mm (As per GB708-88)

(4) The width of steel strip: 50-200mm

(5) I.D. of steel coil: 400-550mm

(6) O.D. of steel coil: 800-1200mm

(7) Maximum weight coil: 1500kgs

1.2 Dimension range of processing steel pipe:

(1) O.D.: 16-63mm

(2) Wall thickness: 1.0-3.0mm(square pipe and special-shaped pipe≤2.0mm)

(3) Length: 4-8m

1.3 Product (steel pipe) process flow:

Raw material (steel coil) → decoiling → shearing and welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling → forming milling → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → rough straightening → fixed length cutting → finishing pipe

1.4 Milling speed: 20-60m/min

1.5 High-frequency equipment power: 200 KW

1.6 Advised users necessary accessories (only for reference):

(1) Mechanical equipment site: 50m X 4.5m (length X width)

(2) Electrical equipment site: 5m X 4m (length X width)
