Description

This multi-functional magnetized eddy current flaw detector detects and measures the depth of stress corrosion cracks in ferromagnetic metallic structures, including both corrosion layers and protective coatings.

When inspecting materials, the flaw detector combines two methods: magnetism and eddy current. Therefore, it can control structures with rough and contaminated surfaces, as well as measure through insulating coatings or corrosion layers. No additional setup is required to study materials with coatings of variable thickness.

This device is designed for laboratory, workshop, and field conditions across various industries. The flaw detector emits an acoustic and optical signal upon detecting a defect, providing a light signal within the permissible range of the tested coating.
