Operating Features
- Adopt the wet continuous composite magnetization magnetic particle inspection process to achieve comprehensive, full-circumference flaw detection for ring-type and shaft-type workpieces.
- Use 15/50A1-type sensitivity test pieces affixed to the workpiece surface. After inspection, verify the overall system sensitivity by confirming all artificial flaws are clearly visible.
- Equipped with an imported programmable logic controller (PLC) to support both manual and automatic operation modes.
- After demagnetization, the residual magnetism of the workpiece shall not exceed 0.3 mT.
- The workpiece shall rotate continuously during magnetization and magnetic suspension spraying.
