Product Description:


This 200L gas fired jacketed kettle with planetary mixer agitator is purpose-built for jam, fruit paste, sauce and spread production. The planetary mixing system with scraper arms ensures even mixing and prevents product from sticking to the pot wall. Gas heating with thermal oil heat transfer provides uniform, gentle cooking that preserves product quality and flavor.
