The SZB-200 processes 160 kg per batch, turning out 800–1,000 kg of finished emulsion per hour. This is the machine you need when your order book outgrows an 80L or 125L machine and you are hiring extra staff just to shovel meat out of the bowl. The automatic discharge arm swings in, spins a stainless steel disc against the rotating bowl, and pushes the finished product out of a side chute into your waiting cart or conveyor. One operator handles the entire load/unload cycle from the control panel.

Humanized Design That Saves Your Back

• Automatic Discharge: Press one button. The disc lowers, the bowl reverses, and the product exits in under 2 minutes. No lifting, no scooping, no strain injuries.
• Wide Loading Opening: 600 mm wide × 500 mm deep at the front. Operators can dump a full meat tub directly into the bowl without spilling.
• Bowl Reverse for Mixing: Run the bowl in reverse with knives stopped to fold in spices, salt, and ice water evenly before the final chop.
• Frequency Controlled Bowl + Knife: Both motors run on VFDs. You can dial in any speed combination, store 3 preset recipes, and recall them with one button.
• Thermometer Display: Digital probe reads meat temperature in real time. Set an alarm at your target temp to prevent overheating.
• Side Access Doors: Both sides of the machine have full-height hinged panels for cleaning, belt inspection, and vacuum pump maintenance.

Our Track Record

We currently produce about 15–20 units of the SZB-200 per month. Our biggest customer runs 4 of these in a 2-shift operation in Bangkok producing fish balls for export. Total running hours on their oldest unit: over 18,000 with only routine knife changes and one belt replacement. We design these machines for a 10-year service life with proper maintenance. Before shipping, we run a 2-hour continuous load test and record motor current, bearing temperatures, and vacuum decay. That report ships with the machine.
