80L Variable Speed Bowl Cutter — Precision Chopping for Sausage & Meat Processing

Why This Machine Works

This 80L bowl cutter uses a variable frequency drive (VFD) to let you dial the knife speed from 300 up to 4,500 RPM. The bowl rotates at its own adjustable pace, so you decide whether you want a coarse grind for burger meat or a silky emulsion for hot dog sausages. The speed combination is what separates a good result from a great one — and we give you full control over both.

Key Design Details

• 6 Knife Head (Removable): Six precision-ground stainless steel blades arranged in pairs. The entire head lifts off in one piece without tools for cleaning between batches.
• Cast Stainless Steel Bowl: The bowl is cast, not welded, with a raised anti-splash rim. No meat juice running down the side of the machine.
• Waterproof Control Panel: Buttons are sealed against washdown — we learned this the hard way from customers who hose down their equipment at the end of each shift.
• Oversized Imported Bearings: Main shaft runs on large-format NSK/SKF bearings with a 4-stage labyrinth seal. Bearing failure from water ingress is the #1 cause of downtime on cheap machines, so we over-engineered this part.
• Loading height: 1,100mm — comfortable for an average-height operator to load without bending or stretching.
